Terms of Service

Bookings

Bookings are made directly on WhatsApp or Telegram. A booking is confirmed once we reply with a fixed price, pickup time and vehicle assignment.

Prices

Every journey is agreed in advance. The confirmed price includes the driver, vehicle, fuel, Meet & Greet and flight monitoring. No hidden fees are added.

Flight monitoring & waiting

We monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time automatically at no extra charge. Reasonable free waiting time is included for standard airport arrivals.

Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge in advance. Cancellations at short notice or no-shows may be subject to a fee — this is always agreed transparently in advance.

Vehicles & drivers

All transfers are operated with our Mercedes fleet and licensed drivers. Vehicle assignment (E-Class, S-Class or V-Class) is confirmed at the time of booking.
