What we can do — stated honestly.
Our Mercedes V-Class has a high roof, wide sliding doors and a low step, which suits most passengers who can transfer into a car seat with help. We carry folding wheelchairs, rollators, walking frames and crutches at no charge. We are not a wheelchair-accessible vehicle with a ramp or lift, so passengers who must remain seated in their wheelchair for the journey need a specialist WAV operator — tell us and we will say so immediately rather than take a booking we cannot serve well.
How we help on the day
Boarding at your pace
No meter, no queue behind you, no hurry. The driver assists with the transfer into the seat, positions cushions and stows mobility equipment properly.
Elderly travellers
Older passengers travelling alone are our most common accessible booking: a steady arm, a seat belt checked, and family messaged on arrival if you ask us to.
Hospital and clinic appointments
Transfers to hospitals and clinics across Cyprus, with the driver waiting during the appointment when you book the return in the same trip.
Hotel and villa access
We check step-free access at your accommodation in advance and set the drop-off at the most level entrance rather than the nearest kerb.
Travelling companions and carers
Carers, family and companions travel in the same vehicle at no extra cost, up to six people including the passenger.

Accessible transfers are priced exactly like our standard private transfers, from €65 — assistance, mobility equipment and extra time are never charged as extras. Longer routes and hospital return trips with waiting are quoted individually.
