During the conference we run hotel-to-venue shuttles in timed waves, keep speakers on separate dedicated cars, and report back to you rather than to each delegate.

Timed waves between conference hotels and the venue each morning and evening, sized to the actual programme rather than a guess, so no session starts with half the room missing.
Speaker and VIP cars
Keynote speakers, sponsors and board guests on dedicated S-Class or E-Class vehicles with their own driver, independent of the delegate shuttle timetable.
Off-site dinners and social programme

Conference transfer prices from €65.
Individual delegate airport transfers start from €65 per vehicle, hotel-to-venue shuttle waves from €45 per vehicle per leg, and full conference programmes are quoted as a single managed package. Send the delegate list for an exact proposal.
