Privacy Policy

This page explains how ONLY Cyprus InterCity handles the information you share with us when you request or book a private transfer. We are the data controller for that information and we operate from the Republic of Cyprus, so we follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Information you share

When you contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram, by phone or by email we receive the details you send — typically your name, flight number, pickup and drop-off address, date, time, phone number and any special requests such as child seats. We use this information only to arrange and deliver your transfer.

The booking form on this website does not send anything to a server or database. It simply builds a message and opens WhatsApp or Telegram on your own device, so nothing is stored unless you choose to press send.

We never ask for card numbers, passport details or copies of documents. Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the journey.

How we use it

Your details are used to confirm your booking, monitor your flight, coordinate the driver and communicate with you before and during your journey. The legal basis is the performance of the transfer contract you asked us to carry out. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

The only people who see your booking details are our dispatcher/operator and the driver assigned to your journey.

How long we keep it

Booking messages are kept only as long as needed to deliver the service, handle any follow-up question and meet Cypriot accounting obligations for invoiced trips. You can ask us to delete your conversation at any time and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep an invoice record.

Messaging apps & analytics

Conversations on WhatsApp and Telegram are handled on those platforms under their own privacy policies. This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our pages — it records aggregated usage data such as pages visited and referring source, and we do not use it to identify you personally.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Just message us and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.
