The resort is large and has more than one entrance, which is where arrivals usually go wrong. We use the dedicated hotel arrivals area, so your driver meets you there and the luggage goes straight to the hotel team. The fare is produced by our live fare system and fixed before you travel, the flight is monitored, and the driver waits inside the terminal with a name sign.
